QLD Magistrates Court and QCAT eFiling: CITEC Confirm eLearning

QLD Magistrates Court and QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) eFiling allows subscribers to CITEC Confirm who are legal practitioners, licensed commercial agents and self-represented Plaintiffs/Applicants to electronically file claims, minor civil disputes (but not tenancy or small claims matters) and requests for default judgment for all Magistrates Courts and Tribunals throughout QLD.
If you would like to access the eFiling facility provided by CITEC Confirm, please send a request to CITEC Confirm Customer Service via email, post or fax. The request should include your business name, business type, primary contact information and reason for access.
Due to legislative and security requirements, access to client reference guides, interactive demonstrations and result samples for these products has been restricted. Clients who have authorised access to these products may request electronic training and educational materials by contacting CITEC Confirm Customer Service.
Claim
All QLD Magistrates Courts are able to accept eFiled claims, which require the same information as a manual lodgement. Claims can be valued up to and including $150,000.
Minor Civil Dispute
All QLD Magistrates Courts are able to accept eFiled minor civil disputes, which require the same information as a manual lodgement. Minor civil disputes can be valued up to and including $25,000.
Request for Default Judgment
All QLD Magistrates Courts are able to accept eFiled requests for default judgment on claims and minor civil disputes. These should not be lodged unless 28 days have elapsed since the initial claim was served.
