The NSW Conveyancing system allows property conveyancing searches to be conveniently ordered and delivered.
Searches provided by the system include full title searches and certificates from all New South Wales councils and authorities. Any number of certificates can be requested in a single order.

Property Inquiry Order
This search will produce certificates necessary for property conveyancing purposes, including: full title searches and certificates from all councils and the main authorities in New South Wales.
Property Inquiry Vendor Disclosure Package
This search will produce certificates required for inclusion in a contract of sale for a property in New South Wales.
