Online access to Titles Office made easier

New South Wales businesses and residents will have improved access to land and property data, thanks to a technology refresh by information broker CITEC Confirm.

The enhanced New South Wales Lands product, launched today, delivers a streamlined user interface and provides versatile methods of results delivery for information supporting a range of commercial activities.

“We’ve gone to great lengths to develop a new technology and client service standard, based largely on client feedback,” CITEC Confirm General Manager Peter Buchan said.

“Creating a consistent user experience across a suite of search products will make it easier for clients to switch between searches to find the information they want.

“Search results will now be available in PDF, a versatile document format that can be attached to an email or incorporated into a document management system.

“We’re planning a staged release of improved products throughout 2008.”

The NSW Lands product provides access to data stored in the Titles Office of the NSW Department of Lands and Property Information.

CITEC Confirm is a division of the Queensland Government’s information, communication and technology provider, CITEC.

The business operates nationally and conducts about five million commercial information transactions each year for the Australian banking, finance, insurance, legal and property industries.
