Online product provides faster access to land information

The launch of a new online product today by CITEC Confirm will provide clients with easier access to land information from Western Australia.
The new online product, Western Australia Lands, has been especially designed to deliver fast, convenient search results.
“In today’s business environment it is essential that information is delivered in a timely and effective manner,” said CITEC Confirm General Manager Peter Buchan.
“Our new Western Australian Lands online product has been designed to facilitate the prompt delivery of information.
“Previously, clients would have to wait up to 24 hours to receive their results. With WA Lands, their results will be returned within minutes.”
Clients will also benefit from the multi-search functionality, which allows multiple requests to be submitted at one time.
“A great feature of this new product is the storage and retrieval functionality of the CITEC Confirm Inbox,” Mr Buchan said.
“Results are stored and can be retrieved from the Inbox for 30 days after the result has been returned.
“Results will also be returned as user-friendly PDFs making it easier to integrate into business workflows and processes.”
CITEC Confirm is a division of the Queensland Government’s information, communication and technology provider, CITEC. The business operates nationally and conducts almost five million commercial transactions each year for the Australian banking, finance, insurance, legal and property industries.
