CITEC Confirm launches first Baycorp product

Information broker CITEC Confirm has today expanded its portfolio of services, providing a comprehensive range of sales and valuation information to all Australian mainland states.

Through a partnership with international business intelligence provider Baycorp Advantage, CITEC Confirm is now giving customers access to RealtyCheck, a property value estimation product.

CITEC's Managing Director Dr Mark Rainbird said the search covered all Australian states and territories except Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

By verifying a property's value through CITEC Confirm's search tools, investors can instantly access information such as the last known sale history, an estimation of the property's current value and confirmation the property exists.

"RealtyCheck is the first of many Baycorp searches that Confirm will provide access to in the coming months," Dr Rainbird said.

CITEC announced in September 2004 that it had entered into a three year services agreement with Baycorp Advantage, expanding Confirm's portfolio of due diligence and search services to more than 500 search types.
