One time users

If you only require one off access to the ITSA NPII you can register online and recieve fast, easy access to your national bankruptcy searches. However, if you would prefer not to use our online service, you can also utilise our CITEC Confirm Express service for your one off NPII / National Bankruptcy searches. Please note that an additional fee applies for this manual service.

To obtain your one off search, simply complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the CITEC Confirm Express - NPII/National Bankruptcy Application Form (PDF - 373kB) and email the completed form to confirmexpress@citec.com.au

Step 2: A CITEC Confirm Customer Service Representative will contact you once your application has been received and it is ready to be processed.

Step 3: The Customer Service Representative will ask you for your credit card details (if paying by money order or cheque, please see the CITEC Confirm Express information sheet (PDF - 38kB) ).

Step 4: The Customer Service Representative will then complete your request.
