Queensland Motor Vehicle Register (QMVR)

Register of Encumbered Vehicles (REVS)
The Register of Encumbered Vehicles (REVS) contains financial interests registered against motor vehicles and trailers in all Australian territories and states, except Tasmania and Western Australia. Public and restricted access is available.
Public access
Protect your financial interests when purchasing a motor vehicle. Conduct a vehicle interest or encumbrance search in REVS and receive a REVS 'Certificate of Registered Interests,' a consumer protection device illustrating if a motor vehicle has a financial encumbrance.
If you're considering buying a second-hand boat or outboard motor, make sure the item has no financial encumbrances by searching in REVS. This search is available for all boats and outboard motors currently registered in Queensland.
