Broker means CITEC Confirm.

Sub-Broker means a CITEC Confirm reseller appointed in accordance with the terms of CITEC Confirm’s broker agreement with Landgate.

End User means the customers, who purchase the Title Products from the Broker or Sub-Broker for Internal Business Use. For the avoidance of doubt, a Sub-Broker is not an End User.

Internal Business Use means use of the Title Product solely for the personal and/or internal administration and operation of the recipient of the Title Product. It does not entitle the recipient to make available or to provide the Title Product to any third party outside the recipient’s business, except to a client of the End User, where the End User is providing professional and advisory services and where that client will be the final recipient of the Title Product concerned in relation to the singular purpose or transaction for which the Title Product was acquired.

Title Product means:

• any of the individual products including Certificates of Title; Check searches; Survey documents; and TLA documents; or
• any of the other products described in the Regulations, which Landgate may make available through the Web Service from time to time.

TLA means the Transfer of Land Act 1893 (WA).

1. the End User must only use a Title Product for its Internal Business Use;
2. the End User consents to its information being collected and provided to Landgate for audit and inspection purposes;
3. the End User agrees to be bound by and comply with the Broker’s obligations under this Agreement in relation to the ownership of, access to, use of and dealing with the Title Product; and
4. the End User must not:
   1. reproduce, supply, on-sell, sub-license, disclose or otherwise provide the Title Product in any form to any other person other than in accordance with Internal Business Use; and
   2. alter the format, meaning or substance of any Title Product.
