Queensland eFiling

Our Queensland eFiling system allows lodgement of documents directly to the Queensland Magistrates Court and Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) registries.

Successfully eFiled claims are lodged instantly within registry hours and returned as Adobe PDF documents, complete with the corresponding court seal, ready for immediate serving.

Fees and costs for lodging are automatically calculated, itemised and fully claimable. There are no set up, software or licence fees associated with using our system.

We’ve built a comprehensive online document management facility that enables full online tracking of your documents. Browsing through your lodgements and retrieving successfully eFiled claims is incredibly easy, and you’re also able to place documents on hold for your own manual review prior to submission.

Profile templates can also be built and stored online for representatives, plantiffs/applicants, servers, deponents and precedents, eliminating the need for repetitive data entry.

We’ve worked closely with the courts to develop inbuilt validation checks, ensuring upfront compliance with court and tribunal requirements prior to lodging. This greatly reduces the chance of errors in your lodgement.

Need to lodge a lot of claims? We offer a bulk eFiling facility that supports lodgement of hundreds of documents at a time via specially formatted XML. Contact our Customer Service Centre directly on 1800 773 773 or by email at confirm@citec.com.au for more information about the bulk eFiling process and what you need to supply.
