When will the CITEC Confirm system be unavailable?
The CITEC Confirm system will be unavailable from AEST 6:00 pm Thursday 29 February to 8:00 am Monday 4 March. Court eFiling services will be unavailable from the time the registries close on Thursday 29 February. Please submit any required lodgements for processing by then.
When will I need to file my documents by?
County Court of Victoria
County Court of Victoria eFiling will be unavailable from AEDT 4:00 pm Thursday 29 February to 9:00 am Monday 4 March. Please submit any required lodgements for processing before AEDT 4:00 pm Thursday 29 February, or you will be unable to eFile until Monday 4 March.
Queensland Magistrates Court and QCAT
Queensland Magistrates Court and QCAT eFiling will be unavailable from AEST 4:30 pm Thursday 29 February to 8:00 am Monday 4 March. Please submit any required lodgements for processing before AEST 4:30 pm Thursday 29 February, or you will be unable to eFile through CITEC Confirm until Monday 4 March.
What if I need to urgently file a document on Friday 1 March 2024?
County Court of Victoria
For urgent filing on Friday 1 March, contact the appropriate County Court Registry. If it can wait until Monday 4 March, you’ll be able to file through CITEC Confirm.
Queensland Magistrates Court
Parties will not be able to file through CITEC Confirm on Friday 1 March. If you need to file a document on this date, please attend your local courthouse to file in person. Contact details for courthouse locations across Queensland are available on the Queensland Courts website.
Parties will be able to file through CITEC Confirm as usual from Monday 4 March.
QCAT
Principal Registrar approved entities will be unable to file through CITEC Confirm on Friday 1 March 2024. If you need to file a document on this date, please attend QCAT to file in person or use QCase for Brisbane-based cases. Contact details for QCAT are available on the QCAT website.
If it can wait until Monday 4 March, you’ll be able to file through CITEC Confirm.
How will I complete Queensland motor vehicle register searches?
For customers with online access, you won’t be able to complete Queensland motor vehicle register searches during the scheduled maintenance. Ensure you complete any urgent searches before AEST 6:00 pm Thursday 29 February.
For customers requesting assisted searches, there will be delays processing orders from AEST 5:00 pm Monday 26 February. Normal processing will recommence on Monday 4 March.
How will I complete Queensland crime and traffic incident report searches?
You won’t be able to complete online Queensland crime and traffic incident report searches during the scheduled maintenance. Ensure you complete any urgent searches before AEST 6:00 pm Thursday 29 February.
For customers requesting one-off reports, there will be delays processing orders from AEST 5:00 pm Monday 26 February. Normal processing will recommence on Monday 4 March.
When do I need to place orders for manually processed land searches (ACT, NT and some SA land searches)?
All orders placed by AEST 4:00 pm on Thursday 29 February will be processed before our scheduled maintenance commences at 6:00 pm. Any orders placed after 4:00 pm Thursday will not be processed until Monday 4 March.
