Ensuring business continuity

We understand the services we provide are important for your business.

To ensure these services continue, CITEC has a comprehensive business continuity plan which is regularly reviewed and tested.

With our significant experience delivering online services during challenging and uncertain times, we’re confident we can continue to deliver critical services to you via a remote workforce. This capability was successfully tested in full on 12 March 2020.

We’re conscious of potential impacts from our upstream vendors that help us support service continuity, and are in contact with these vendors to gain assurance of their readiness.

At present we’re operating business as usual. If the situation changes and any services are affected, we’ll:

  • let you know as soon as possible on our Newsflash page
  • provide regular updates.
