In New South Wales and South Australia, more electronic dealings are now available to lodge online through eConveyancing.

Additional dealings will be made available over the coming months.

In NSW, an extra 26 Real Property Act 1900 dealings were made available for lodgement as electronic dealings on 7 September 2020.

Meanwhile, in SA, the following dealings can now be lodged electronically:

  • Application to Register/Note Retirement Village
  • Remove/Discharge an Instrument or Notation
  • Cessation of Lien (where the grounds for the cessation are either pursuant to an order of court or the lienor has failed to bring an action within 14 days)
  • Removal of Caveat.
