What information do I need to provide for these searches?

Enter one of the following:

  • volume/folio (title reference)
  • document number
  • instrument number.

This search describes the current location and progress of the title, dealing or plan

This search provides a list of dealings that are linked in a series and their status in the registration process.

View a sample series details search result.

This search provides a record of all delivery instructions (historical and most recent) for a title or dealing. Details include:

  • delivery agent and slip number
  • collection date.

View a sample item delivery search result.

Will I incur charges if no results return?

Yes, “no result” is considered a result and is therefore chargeable. We don’t provide refunds for manual document ordering searches, as we fulfill these searches.

How will I receive my results?

Your results will be sent via email.

If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of your order, contact our Customer Service Centre.
