Name and address searches

The name search will return a summary list of registered names/organisation names based on your search criteria. You may perform a name search on an individual or an organisation name.

Where possible, a search may return details such as:

  • registered name/organisation name
  • street address
  • title reference
  • parcel identifier
  • other related searches.

  • For an individual name search, enter a surname and given name, for example Smith, John.
  • For an organisation name search, enter an organisation name, for example ABC Company.

Why does the name I am searching for not appear in the list of search results?

It may not appear for the following reasons:

  • Some names may return many results. In this instance, you may need to refine your search criteria.
  • The name on the title may differ from the name you’ve searched for.

The address search will provide a summary of properties matching your search criteria, including where available:

  • street address
  • title reference
  • parcel identifier
  • other related searches.

Enter your reference, street details, suburb and your email (optional).

When entering a suburb, you can enter (at least) the first three letters. Then, click ‘Select Suburb’ to browse suburbs that match these letters.
