A South Australian dealing image search provides an imaged copy of a registered dealing image. A dealing is a transaction that has been recorded on the title.

What information do I need to provide for a dealing image?

To search for a dealing image, you’ll need a dealing number. This is a unique number, either equal or less than 10 digits, issued for each transaction lodged in the Land Titles Office for registration.

If you don’t have the dealing number, we recommend you do a title history search to obtain a list of all dealings lodged against a title.

What can I use the result for?

  • Obtain further details about encumbrances, easements, and caveat claims.
  • Obtain copies of by-laws, development contracts and scheme descriptions for community lots.

How will I receive my results?

You can obtain your results in multiple ways once you have completed your search and arrived at the ‘My results’ page.

You’ll be able to download the dealing image result as a PDF, as soon as it is returned from Land Services SA.

You can also request an email containing your result as a PDF attachment.

If you need to download additional copies of your results later, you can access your past search results from the Inbox/My results section of the Confirm website. A link to this section is in the Confirm header menu available on all pages.

Once arriving in the Inbox/My results section, select the Application ‘SALO – SA Land Searches’ and enter date and time details to see your past South Australian land search results.
