What will I get from a South Australian plan details search?
The South Australian plan details search returns information about a plan including:
- lodgement details
- hundred, locality and local government authority
- title reference
- milestone dates such as deposit and approval
- plan status
- status of lodged dealings that affect the plan.
Can I request information about the past location of a plan?
Yes, you can request past locations and arrival dates for the subject plan via the comments field on your order screen.
What do I provide for a search?
Enter one of the following:
- full title reference (prefix, volume/folio)
- plan (type, number)
- document number.
View a list of valid plan prefixes.
Will charges apply if I receive no results?
Yes, ‘no result’ is considered a result and is therefore chargeable. We don’t refund manual document ordering searches, as we fulfill these searches.
How will I receive my results?
Your results will be sent via email.
