  • cycleways
  • passenger transport corridors
  • light rail
  • state-controlled roads.

If a property search identifies that TMR may have an interest, you can refer to TMR’s Land and property resumptions page for more information.

You need to include the following in your search:

  • unit/street number
  • street name/type
  • town/suburb
  • postcode
  • lot/plan
  • buyer’s full name.

If you enter a crown plan as the property description, please include the plan number without its associated letters. For example, enter Lot 7, Crown Plan (CP) MPH124281 as:

  • lot number – 7
  • plan type – CP
  • plan number – 124281.

How do I submit my plan?

Not all property searches need a plan. If a plan is required, use the option on the final screen to attach a plan.

If you don’t have a plan, you can order it via the link at the bottom of the page or via the Qld land searches menu.

How will I receive my result?

Most results are available immediately as a PDF on the result summary screen, or you can retrieve them from your Confirm inbox.

If TMR needs a plan or further processing, your result will be emailed to you within 10 business days.

Can I check my order?

You can check your order through your Confirm inbox. If TMR need to further process the order, they’ll advise you on the progress using your property search ID.

The property search ID is a provider reference number located on your search confirmation in your Confirm inbox.

How do I find my order details?

Your order confirmation shows order and property details. We suggest you retain it for your records.
